true : clear, precise and comprehensive information
regarding his site: a precise description of the equipment, the
reception desk opening times and periods, the services and activities
available. The prices are clearly set out and strictly complied
with.
Impeccable cleanliness :
throughout all the time when the site is open, every part of the
site is kept thoroughly clean and hygienic.
A private and peaceful pitch
: the management supplies pitches which are private and ensures
that a peaceful atmosphere is maintained on the site, that it is
tastefully organized and fits in well with the environment.
A warm welcome : the manager
and all his team are particularly careful about the aspects of hospitality,
availability, kindness and efficiency. In this way they ensure that
their customers have an anxiety-free, pleasant and friendly stay.

The Quality Check
By using a document featuring more than 300 criteria, the quality
of the campsite can be checked out before it is referenced.
All the campsites are checked on the same basis:
- The information and booking process
- Access, site and environment
- The reception desk
- Pitches and organization
- State of the toilets, showers etc
- Cleanliness of the toilets, showers etc
- General cleanliness
- Basic leisure activities
- How a stay on the site goes
- Billing, organization, management
As each campsite has its own specific features, checks area also
made on any "plus" features.

- Events
- Accommodation to rent
- Winter caravanning
