Its tasks

• To represent and defend the profession in its dealings with the administration and technical bodies at departmental, regional or national levels and also in relation to the regional and departmental tourism bodies responsible for developing and promoting camping and caravanning.
  
  
• To help people working in this sector, inform them, supply information with respect to the legal, fiscal, financial, administrative and development considerations.
  
  
• To obtain special discounts for members from certain suppliers.
  
  
• To guarantee legal information, protection and assistance.
  
  
• To organize and/or participate in promotional operations: being present at the specialized "Camping" shows, communicating with the press and implementing specific actions.
  
  
• To participate in the actions by regional and national federations in order to reinforce their power at their respective levels.

News

• Follow up of the quality operation whose objective is to audit campsites on request, on the basis of an analytical document including more than 500 criteria (audit and joining the Quality Camping charter).
  
  
• Follow up of the training plan set up by the Regional Federation, which is open to all campsite staff.
  
  
• Participation in the Rhône-Alpes Professional Leisure Equipment and Tourism Show (SELTRA) which takes place in November every year.
  
  
• Preparation of the promotional brochure in partnership with the Departmental Tourist Board.
  
  
• Promotional operations : shows open to the public in other countries, press relations.
